In questo speech voglio mettere in risalto l’importanza di adottare un modello di Change Management quando ci muoviamo verso una transizione Agile. Il cambiamento richiesto è importante e spesso si sottovaluta l’impatto sull’organizzazione cosa che può portare verso un fallimento della transizione.

Agile è ormai diventato un approccio comune in diverse realtà del settore privato: nel settore pubblico invece ancora non è ancora riuscito a sfondare, talvolta proprio perché è stata messa in discussione l’applicabilità al pubblico dell’approccio “change-driven”. La presentazione racconta la transizione Agile di Anas SpA, evidenziando le sfide affrontate e le soluzioni ideate.
