Donatella Isaia is Human Resources and Organization Director at Vodafone Italy and Executive Committee member since November 2015.
She joined Vodafone in 2006 and held positions of growing responsibility in Italy and abroad: from being in charge of the Vodafone Qatar and Ghana start-ups launch, to the HR Director of Corporate Functions and Shared Services at Vodafone Group, with the accountability of leading the development of about 13,000 people spread across 6 countries. Today she plays a crucial role for Vodafone Italy digital transformation.
Formerly she was Head of Recruitment and HR Manager of the Organizing Committee for the XX Olympic Winter Games in Turin, her hometown.

An Agile Change Story
Description
Vodafone Italy embarked on a digital transformation aiming at fostering customer centricity in its value proposition, maximizing the business opportunity in the digital ecosystem, offering increasingly innovative and time to market products, services and solutions.
People are the main actors of this exciting transformation, which made the Human Resources and Organization function key in facing new challenges such as supporting people on a journey of skills development, experimentation and value creation, and supporting the adoption of the agile way of working, simplifying work, and giving people the best conditions to collaborate and realize their potential.
The talk is aimed at sharing a change story still in course of experimentation that consists of adopting agile at scale in an ambitious way, aiming to transform the culture and ways of workings for everybody in the Company.
