* OPENING TIME *
Check-in will be open from 8.45am to 10am and will be manned all day
At 09.30 the conference will begin in the Aula magna.
* CHECK-IN *
For check-in and be AGILE, you need to:
- Reach the check-in desk area. Look at the map, there are 2 roads to reach the University.
- Show your ticket on paper or in digital format (via APP #ABD) at the desk to verify the order number.
- Hold an identity document ready if you want to have the translator for ita / eng language translation service and vice versa. (active only in the Aula Magna)
- You will receive:
- BAG with our gadgets and those of the sponsors
- Pass to access the conference along with the ticket to collect the lunch bag.
- A translator [optional] (which you will have to return in the evening before leaving)
- If you have luggages to deposit and collect at the end of the day, as you have seen by looking at the map in step 1, you are in the right place. You will be given a number to pick it up at your departure.
We recommend the maximum punctuality both in the morning and in the evening, and if you want to spend a nice day, together with us, just arrive in time and we could offer you the best service ever.
N.B.
If you checked in the 1st day, the 2nd day at check-in you only need to pick up:
- The ticket to collect the lunch bag, showing the event pass delivered to you on the first day.
- Translator for translation [optional]
