What you learn in this workshop
Our work is made up of conversations: we speak in public and private, we participate in informal conversations in both groups and pairs, with clients and colleagues. We also speak within ourselves, a place where there are continuous inner conversations influencing our actions. The way we express ourselves influences the way we think, feel and give meaning to what we see and get experience of, creating realities that are difficult to change.
For all of this, we need tools to visualize and grow the way we talk about our intentions and the results we expect. By experiencing how our language slows down or prevents change in us and our organizations, we need to acquire awareness in what can release an extraordinary force as groups and individuals.
Who is the workshop interesting for
The workshop is addressed at all people who are directly or indirectly involved in change processes. Indeed, all leaders or “agents of change” share the daily experience about how difficult it is to bring significant changes in organizations, despite their commitment and intentions.
