- Helping others finding their perfect place in the organization taking their personality and situation into account
Team perspective (WE IN OUR TEAM)
- How to increase the pace from immature to mature high-performing teams, using skills for communication and conflict resolution
- How to grow and develop teams to be independent and empowered to make their own decisions, for example about their contribution to the organization’s goals or their salaries
Organizational perspective (ALL OF US)
- How to balance an agile culture with an agile structure, providing enough support for emerging strategies where all people are involved in setting the direction (via OKRs or other kinds of relative targets)
- How to work to change behaviors – accomplishing an agile mindset and culture through removing limiting structures (budgets linked to fixed performance targets and rewards)
- Create a Learning organization where it’s ok to make mistakes and learn from them (requires a platform of Psychological Safety)
Workshop program
Serving the people, teams and the whole organization: The necessary mindset and types of informal leadership types that could be used to increase awareness of my own and other peoples self-leadership.

Principles and Tools to speed up the journey: An overview of principles, practices, and tools that can be used to increase the agile mindset and move faster in a common direction
Psychological Safety as a foundation for a learning organization: The importance of safe cultures for profitable and innovative organizations – increasing creativity through a fail-safe environment
Conflict resolution: Basic conflict theory and finding the right balance between harmony and creative conflict in a team or organization
Team Leadership: Understanding how a team matures and what kind of coaching technique to use in each stage of maturity – when is a team high-performing and what are the dangers that we need to look out for if teams become too strong compared to the rest of the organization?
Enterprise Coaching Part 1: Emerging strategies, new ways of working with budgets, performance and rewards and directional and relative goal setting strategies like OKRs
Enterprise Coaching Part 2: Creating conditions for a great culture where people can perform at their optimal level and feel supported and happy

This highly interactive workshop will give you the tools and roadmap on how to grow in your Agile People skills – from building your capacity and skill in self-leadership, how to lead others at all levels in the organization and ultimately how to support and enable others to lead at all levels.

She specialize in helping companies move towards a culture of increased agility through Agile HR, Agile leadership and Motivation. She has worked as a consultant with many of Sweden’s largest companies, helping them to implement HR processes and solutions, always spiced with an agile mindset. She is a People management consultant and devoted change agent with an enterprise perspective. Her main focus is to contribute to creating organizations where people perform better and feel engaged. Agile leadership and agile frameworks are the best ways to create successful change, in her opinion. Pia-Maria is the founder of Agile People, which is a network and a conference with the purpose of spreading the agile mindset in organizations. Her main drive is to see the movement from one state to another in a company, contributing by making that change successful both from a financial and human perspective. Refund Policy
The ticket is individual and non-refundable, but it can be transferred to another person upon prompt notification to the organizers (if the ticket was bought taking advantage of the “Early Bird ABD Attendee” offer, the new person has to be a conference attendee as well).
The class requires a minimum number of attendees to take place and to be effective to the participants. We will give prompt notification to those who registered as soon as we reach the minimum attendance.
The sooner you register to the class, the sooner we’ll be able to send out the confirmation to you and to the other attendees.
If we cannot reach the minimum number of attendees or if we are unable to run the class for any other reason, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the class.
In that case, we will notify the cancellation or rescheduling to those who registered with at least a 15 days notice on the scheduled class date.
In the event of a class cancellation or rescheduling, registered attendees will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee. No other indemnification is due for any other cost suffered by the attendee (including, for instance, travel and lodging expenses).

Accomodation
Venice is a very popular tourist destination and there is no shortage of lodging solutions, from small B&Bs to luxury hotels, so you shouldn’t have any problem finding your accommodation of choice.
However, please note that in high season availability can be limited and prices can be higher than usual, so we recommend that you book your room well in advance.
As an alternative to the Venice island, you might want to stay at one of hotels near the Venezia Mestre train station. Trains from Mestre to Venezia Santa Lucia, especially in the morning, are frequent and the train ride is about 10 minutes. From Venezia Santa Lucia, the workshop location is at a 5-10 minute walk.
