The Components of scrum@scale Framework
Target Audience
The workshop is for Entrepreneurs, Managers, Leaders and anybody with a leadership role inside their organization Executive (CEO), IT Executive (CTO, CIO, COO), IT Manager, Project Manager, Product Manager, Team Leader, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner.
Level and Pre-requisites
Ideally, attendees will have taken a Certified ScrumMaster course, or be thoroughly familiar with Scrum introduction materials, such as the Scrum Guide. They should also have experience in practicing Scrum.
In order that you get the most from your training, we recommend that you read the Scrum@Scale guide before attending the course to familiarize yourself with the framework.
About your Trainer
Paolo Sammicheli is an entrepreneur with +25 years of experience and works as an Agile and Business Coach specialized in Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup and Design Thinking. He’s a licensed trainer for Scrum at Scale and Management 3.0, author of the book “Scrum for Hardware” and an international speaker.

Registration
Refund Policy
The ticket is individual and non-refundable, but it can be transferred to another person upon prompt notification to the organizers (if the ticket was bought taking advantage of the “Early Bird ABD Attendee” offer, the new person has to be a conference attendee as well).
The class requires a minimum number of attendees to take place and to be effective to the participants. We will give prompt notification to those who registered as soon as we reach the minimum attendance.
The sooner you register to the class, the sooner we’ll be able to send out the confirmation to you and to the other attendees.
If we cannot reach the minimum number of attendees or if we are unable to run the class for any other reason, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the class.
In that case, we will notify the cancellation or rescheduling to those who registered with at least a 15 days notice on the scheduled class date.
In the event of a class cancellation or rescheduling, registered attendees will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee. No other indemnification is due for any other cost suffered by the attendee (including, for instance, travel and lodging expenses).

The Hotel is 4 km from the historic centre of Bologna and from the Central Railway Station. Easy to reach by the bus line 25, direction Dozza – Via del Gomito (the Aposazza bus stop is in front of the Hotel).

Parking
The Hotel has a free public and a private parking (with fee). The private zone is protected by cameras. Maximum capacity: 80 cars and 2 buses.
Shuttle service
A shuttle service(with fee) is available to guests, with prior booking, for the Airport, the Central Railway Station and any other destinations in the Bologna area.
Accomodation
By car
Bologna Fiera motorway exit, at the first roundabout turn right and follow the signs for via Stalingrado. Continue on the same for about 1 km towards Ferrara, the hotel is on the left.
For those coming from the ring road: exit n ° 7 bis Ferrara, continue towards Ferrara for about 700 meters, the hotel is on the left.
On the navigator set: via Ferrarese 164 – 40128 – Bologna, alternatively in case of GPS not updated, you can set via Aposazza
On the train
The hotel is about 4 km from Bologna Central Station, which is well connected to the hotel by bus line n. 25 direction Dozza – Aposazza stop in front of the Hotel, (clothing time about 10 minutes).
By plane
The hotel is located about 5 km from the International “Guglielmo Marconi”, exit 4 of the ring road. From the airport take the ring road in the direction of Ancona up to exit No. 7 Bis Ferrara, continue towards Ferrara for about 700 meters, the hotel is on the left. (learning time 10 min.)
